Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at https://ramanifashion.in/contact-us/ and send your item
